Florecer was created by Cacao Laboratory co-founder Florencia Fridman. This virtual platform aims to spark community, amplify indigenous wisdom, and educate on the benefits of Cacao and other medicinal plants. 

This space was created for visionaries, creatives, wellness advocates, change makers, love guardians, protectors of the sacred, and anyone who is ready to listen from the heart.

We are here to explore ancient wisdom and modern practices that expand the sacred intelligence on both an individual and collective level. Tapping into the elements of nature and the sacred plants to dwell into this human experience from a deeper connection to the self and the interconnection of our community.

Through virtual gatherings, curated workshops, and educational programs, we build community centered on the heart.

Florencia Fridman is a self-empowerment artist working with heart opening therapies involving holistic nutrition, ceremonial-grade Cacao, yoga, sound, and breath as instruments for transformation. She believes deeply in the importance of creating a safe vessel for self-exploration.

Aside from Cacao, Florencia carries a deep calling for wellness. She has been working with rebirthing (a breathing modality) since the age of 8 with the guidance of her mother and Leonard Orr. In 2013, Florencia received her 200 hour yoga certification from Laughing Lotus and has been working with raw foods since the age of 16. She has studied with Aris Latham, Ann Wigmore Institute, and Adriana Nielsen from Raw Club Buenos Aires. 

Florencia studies under Tz'utujil Mayan elder Nana Marina Cruz from Guatemala. Florencia has traveled to Panama, Guatemala, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, South Africa, and Croatia to share her passion for wellness and Cacao. Florencia has opened for Deepak Chopra, has facilitated ceremonies for The Class, Free People, and for corporate wellness at Spotify, and before Covid was a resident ceremony guide weekly at The Assemblage in New York.
